Tasting Notes
Nose:
Sweet and fruity, kiwi fruits, greengages, pineapples and strawberry icecream.
Flavour:
Dried raspberries, blackberries and faint oak. Dry sherry with cigar boxes, cinnamon, honeycomb and dark cherries.
Finish:
Drying sherry balanced by typical grassy notes and then dark cherries and a distant wood smoke.
