Tasting Notes
Nose:
Rich chocolate orange, touch of wood spice, then stewed fruits, pecan pie and butterscotch sauce.
Flavour:
Smoked almonds, orange liqueur and bramble jam. Profiteroles and oloroso with a hint of dark rum.
Finish:
Big and chewy, goes back and forth between orange peel, cream sponge, blackcurrants and pistachio nuts.
