Fruity on the nose followed by a hint of spice to finish, this whisky features notes of foam banana sweets, créme brûlée and cinnamon sticks.

Glen Moray-Glenlivet Information

A Speyside distillery that produces soft, fruity whisky.

It has been said that Glen Moray benefits from the closeness of the river (Lossie) and the high water table which produces a slightly warmer and more humid microclimate. This aids maturation.

As well as its traditional nature, more recently it has produced drams with a buttery note. And some others with peaty elements.

Nose:

Ripe banana, foam banana sweets. Light muscavado sugar, walnuts and icing sugar

Flavour:

Créme brûlée, white chocolate, vanilla sponge, musty notes

Finish:

Cocoa powder, cinnamon sticks, hotter spice
