This bottling kicks of with notes of papaya, honeycomb and butter popcorn. Developing as you sip, this dram reveals a hint of peat, salted caramel and typical Springbank dunnage notes.

Springbank Information

Cadenhead's sister company, Springbank Distillery. In the case of this product, the name Springbank refers to both the distillery and the spirit (with the distillery also producing the Longrow and Hazelburn expressions).

Owned by Mr Hedley Wright, a descendent of the original owner, the distillery sits in the centre of Campbeltown. Today, Springbank is one of only three distilleries operating in the Campbeltown area and is the oldest independent family-owned distillery in Scotland.

Tasting Notes

Nose:

Honeycomb, papaya, mango, salty coastal notes.

Flavour:

Butter popcorn, wild berries, strawberry syrup and hints of peat.

Salted caramel, dunnage, orange jam.
