Tasting Notes
Nose:
Rich and spicy, cocoa powder, crystalised ginger, kiwi along with raspberries and very ripe plums.
Flavour:
thick and chewy with rye like spices. Hints of oak with honey butter, coconut flakes, green grapes and cardamon pods.
Finish:
Lemon butter, oak aged chardonnay and traditional thick custard with faint stewed rhubarb in the background.
