Tasting Notes
Nose:
Lint, sweet dry fruits with hints of wood smoke or embers, a little tropical fruit also in the mix.
Flavour:
Rather sweet to start - pineapple or banoffee pie, oily sweet soft smoke. A nice mid palate.
Finish:
Rather nice balance in the finish with tangy soft smoke notes, vanilla and honey mingle to give the finish some elegance.
