Ardmore Information

A substantial Victorian distillery, Ardmore has scale which is surprising given its gentle rural surroundings. It is also unusual due to the style of whisky it produces – a peated Highland malt.

Tasting Notes

Nose:

Pear drops, rose water, strawberry laces.

Flavour:

Earthy, toasted oats, dried strawberries.

Finish:

Candy floss, light peat smoke, berries, manhattan cocktail, maraschino cherries, nutmeg.
