Tasting Notes

Nose:

Fresh pine, chestnuts, autumnal forest floors and a hint of strawberry yoghurt.

Flavour:

Pecan pie, maple syrup, soft dark fruits, brambles, raspberries and blueberries.

Finish:

Kilkerran port cask influence comes through, soft smoke, fresh cut wood, dark cherries and raspberry syrup.
