Glentauchers-Glenlivet Information

Glentauchers' spirit has a long history of making its way into blends but this gives independent bottlers the perfect opportunity to be involved in sharing the flowery aroma of 'Tauchers with the world.

Sitting in Mulben, Moray, the distillery has consistently produced a light spirit throughout its history, even though it has been known to fall foul of relatively fallow periods for the whisky industry but, despite occasional ups and downs, it is still around today and we are very glad it is.

Tasting Notes

Nose:

Creme brulee, roasted almonds, milk chocolate flakes with lemon thyme and satsuma peel.

Flavour:

Big mouth coasting whisky! Vanilla ice cream, marzipan, white choclate and a little fresh lemon.

Finish:

Slightly drying coffee beans before panakes and maple syrup brig forth a sweet balance.
