Oloroso HHD since June 2021

Rarely seen as a single malt, we are pleased to release this 14 year old bottling from Mannochmore. Re-racked into an Oloroso cask for around two years, the spirit has acquired the typical traits that you would expect. Initial notes of Maraschino cherries, new leather and walnuts give way to reveal a palate of marshmallows, dried mango. The finish of this dram features notes of cherry bakewell, almonds and runny golden syrup

Mannochmore Information

Mannochmore produces a light, fruity and floral spirit from its location in Elgin. The sister distillery of Glenlossie (and sitting on Glenlossie road), it will built to help its "sibling" meet the demand for blend components.

Production has significantly increased within the last decade, clearly indicating the health and prosperity of Mannochmore.
