Nose:
Roasted red peppers, slghtly meaty and earthy with quince and autumn leaves.
Flavour:
Earthy background, with juicy fruits, syrupy mouthfeel and lots of cocoa powder, red apples and lemon tart.
Finish:
juicy, lime, bergamont and then highland toffee.
